Meet your hosts
Ardra
Ardra Loreal Jones, licensed esthetician, and Breathwork practitioner, believes in the power of mindful breathing to infuse our lives with joy and harmony. Her passion for holistic health, includes body, mind, and skin. She is a formulator of a holistic beauty brand called Lovielis Skin Co. Ardra says “every client provides me the opportunity to share my craft, my professionalism, and my passion as I help them celebrate beauty and wellness. I create a lifetime of loyalty by setting high standards and demonstrating excellence in everything I do personally and professionally.”
Julie
Julie Breedlove Montemerlo is a yoga teacher, certified sound healing facilitator, music lover, mother, wife, optimist, marketing professional, and constant student of life. She completed her yoga teacher training in 2012 in Washington, DC and in recent years, has added prenatal yoga and sound meditations to her wellness repertoire. She recently launched Wise Waves Wellness, promoting the benefits of vibrational energy through sound baths, mindful movement, and meditation.
Dani
Certified Sound Healer and owner of Sound Blossom, Dani Martin weaves ethereal vocal toning and entrainment to enhance the healing frequencies of singing bowls and various instruments of meditation.
As long as she can remember, Dani has been drawn to healing through her love of music and art. Her mystical journey deepened as she traveled the world as a military wife and mother. She now resides in JAX as an experienced yin and restorative instructor (certified 500hr RYT with additional training in yin, meditation, reiki, mindfulness and knowledgeable in trauma-informed yoga) and facilitates sound baths on the east coast.
